Have you ever experienced the struggles of sitting all day at a desk? Painful lower back, neck, knees or even wrist? You can actually make it better with the right office Ergonomics and we are here to help you! You have the chance to WIN a free workshop for better office Ergonomics*. We work with physiotherapists experienced in making workshops for better office Ergonomics around Denmark and Spain. If you win, one of them will come to your office, assess your office environment and carry out a workshop on how you and your colleagues can improve the way you sit, your posture. You will also get tips on how to feel better at the end of a long day sitting behind a desk. If you are out of Spain or Denmark, we can also make it online (via Skype)!

All you have to do to participate is to like THIS post on Facebook, and like our page. You are welcome to share this post with your colleagues and friends, who would find an Ergonomics workshop useful. It is not a requirement, but it will make us happier :).
The lucky winner will be announced on the 25th of October and notified by private Facebook message, where we will agree on the details.
